I drive in UAE almost 20 years and own 3 German cars at the moment, have a loooooot of experience with different garages in Dubai, never ever seen this level of professionalism in repairing german car. True Audi specialists are with them I believe, my car’s engine was shaking and transmission jerking, they have changed few parts from engine and gear, program it and delivered my car in 2 days! To all Rolls-Royce owners, if you are looking for a professional Rolls- Royce service in Dubai, then major service is the best choice! They are transparent, professional and value their reputation a lot. I had minor noise from my engine since long time, visited so many garages and minimum quotation was AED35,000 to fix the issue, but major service team sorted out for only 5,700 dirhams, only one sensor was damaged and causing this issue. After service car’s performance and petrol consumption also changed! Bravo guys!

Very happy to service at major service. I struggle a lot with some other garages before. My Mercedes G class’s engine was fixed perfectly with them while all other garages suggested to change, engine was overheated and jammed, Mercedes’ agency said there is no chance to repair and quoted very high price, luckily saw an advertisement of major service and they sorted out in one week! Price was 60% lesser than what I got from agency. They are the true professionals and experts in fixing Mercedes engines, well done
